Unibet is part of the Kindred Group (who also operate 32Red), a European company that continues to expand operations worldwide. The launch in Pennsylvania is the second in what the Kindred Group sees as the beginning of their move into the US market.
After two decades of experience operating in other locations, Unibet believes its combination of online casino and sportsbook betting is the key to success.
Building on this strategy, they have also signed a partnership deal with the Philadelphia Eagles, which will give the brand exposure in the local market.
Their entry into the Pennsylvania market started with running the Mohegan Sun Ponoco sportsbook while waiting for state approval for the online sites.
Now they have passed the soft launch stage, customers can access the casino games through their mobile app or web browser.
The Kindred Group has partnered with Pala Interactive which has 396 games available. While the Pennsylvia site doesn’t specify how many of those games are available on the app, their main website offers 150 of those games.
The Android app is already available for download from their website while iOS users will have to wait a little longer for a native app. However, they can still access online casino games via their web browser with verification using the GeoGuard Location Validator.
New customers can take advantage of generous welcome offers, similar to those at 32Red.
Live dealer games are not available yet due to state licensing issues, but they do offer video poker, table games and online slots. Some lucky Pennsylvania players already managed to win jackpots of $30,000 and $60,000 with the popular Divine Fortune game, which is available to players on Unibet.
As this is a new launch, keep an eye out for improvements in the online casino over the next few months as they roll out more games and features.
