Videoslots has enacted the latest action of its strategy for regulated expansion by making its content available to the online gambling market of Denmark. The brand obtained its licence from the Danish Gambling Authority back in September, and it will now offer its popular platform to players in Denmark.

This will enable players to enjoy games from many of the top suppliers in the industry, including NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick and Quickspin.

An Industry Leader

Videoslots came into existence back in 2011, finding its feet in the hugely competitive market of online gambling remarkably quickly.

At the time of writing, the online casino platform offers a selection of 3,800+ slots and table games from prominent industry providers. This means it is among the very largest virtual gambling providers in the market.

It offers an enhanced experience to players due to innovative comprehensive promotional ideas like Battle of Slots, Wheel of Jackpots and Clash of Spins.

William Ahlberg, the Head of Casino at Videoslots, stated that the company is constantly working to enhance its global presence and “grow the Videoslots brand“, and that this latest arrival in yet another regulated market goes a long way in helping “achieve our ambitions“.

He went on to say that Denmark is a particularly good market and that the brand’s enormous portfolio is certain to be appealing to any player that is “learning about us for the first time“.

Second Foray Into Scandinavia

Videoslots have already made their way into another Scandinavian market earlier in 2019.

They entered the newly regulated Swedish market after securing approval from the country’s regulator when new gambling laws came into effect in Sweden from 1st January.

Videoslots was actually one of the first iGaming operations that secured a licence there, having applied in the summer of 2018.

Aside from holding licences from the gaming regulators of Denmark and Sweden, Videoslots is also licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority, in addition to a number of other regulatory bodies.

To demonstrate their commitment to the socially responsible provision of gambling products, Videoslots recently activated a mandatory loss limit in the UK.

This is sure to inspire trust and goodwill, because it means sacrifices in terms of revenue but protects players who may be vulnerable to gambling addiction.
